Senator-elect Ahmed Wadada has been given the responsibility of coordinating the Social Democratic Party (SDP) caucus in the 10th National Assembly by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
The appointment was detailed in a letter that was penned on Saturday in Abuja and signed by the National Chairman of the party, Shehu Gabam, and the National Secretary of the party, Olu Agunloye.

In the 10th Assembly, Mr. Wadada will serve as the representative for the Nasarawa-West Senatorial District.

The following is an excerpt from the letter that was sent to the recipient: “At its meeting, the National Working Committee of our great party, the Social Democratic Party, decided to appoint you to lead and coordinate the caucus of all SDP members elected to serve in the national and state assemblies throughout the country.”

“The objective of this is to bring all elected members of the Social Democratic Party together around the shared goal of advancing the cohesiveness and ideals of the party,” the statement reads.

It is anticipated that the caucus will result in significant benefits that accrue to both the party as a whole and the assembly members who make up the front rank of our fantastic party.
