The presidential election petition court has adjourned hearings on Peter Obi and the Labour Party’s appeal challenging Bola Tinubu as the victor of the February 25 presidential election.
The lawsuit was postponed by the tribunal to next week’s Wednesday, May 19, according to the news. It was claimed that petitioners had asked for an adjournment before the judge made a decision.
