Along Birnin Gwari Road in Niger State, terrorists kidnapped ACM Shuaibu Umar Bashir, an officer in the Nigerian Air Force.

Family sources told SaharaReporters that the terrorists also sought N10 million in ransom from the officer’s relatives within three days.

The terrorists reportedly abducted ACM Bashir as he was returning to his post to resume his duties.

“The military and NAF officials have declined to interact with his family. He was returning to his post to resume his duties. His mobilisation to Niger State had occurred. However, a family source claimed that he was taken hostage on Birnin Gwari Road in Niger State.
