Bandits have kidnapped nine construction workers at Zamfara State’s Federal University Gusau.
According to previous accounts, robbers kidnapped a large number of students from the same university in the early hours of Friday (today).
According to one of the staff, Ibrahim Mohammed, the criminals on motorbikes arrived at the university in the early hours of Friday.
He claimed that the bandits broke into the building where the constitution workers were resting and stole them away as soon as they arrived.
Mohammad stated that he may leap through the window and take to his heels.
“When they broke into the building, they told us to come out and follow them,” he explained.I was seeking for a way out when I suddenly hopped over the window, and one of the robbers fired a shot but missed.”
All attempts to obtain feedback from university officials were futile.
However, one of the institution’s security personnel, who desired anonymity, stated that he was unable to comment on the development.
