Fildausi Musa Ahamadu, 23, is said to have been taken into custody by the Department of State Security (DSS) after she made threats to harm herself and everyone “responsible for the victory of the All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate in Kano, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna.”
A source who requested to remain anonymous confirmed Ahamadu’s arrest.
The suspect had made the assertion in a widely shared viral video clip that he was battling for NNPP Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Fildausi was heard disparaging the chief judge of the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in the widely shared video, threatening to hold her with a bomb whenever she saw her.
Similarly, Ahamadu, donning a red cap, threatened APC gubernatorial candidate Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, saying, “I don’t mind striking you with bomb vest to commit duicide, otherwise, you dare not indicate your location.”
She also criticized Senator Kashim Shettima, the vice president, accusing him of being responsible for the NNPP’s legal plight in Kano.
