The Nasarawa government has postponed indefinitely the inauguration of the seventh Assembly of the State House of Assembly, which was scheduled for Tuesday.
The acting Clerk of the House, Mr Ibrahim Musa, said in a statement in Lafia that the postponement was based on security advice to Gov. Abdullahi Sule.
Musa asked the members-elect and the general public to bear with the decision until a new date was announced.
